近些年来,因粘土实心砖被蒸压加气混凝土砖、混凝土小型空心砌砖、陶粒小型空心砖等新型墙体材料所取代。但是在实际应用过程中,砌砖建筑存在着一些工程质量问题而且对房屋的使用者在实际居住使用上和心理上造成不良影响,给人们生产、生活带来困扰和不便。现从理论层面和具体实例两个维度概括了砌砖建筑常见的质量问题,并分析了出现问题的原因,并提出了相应防治措施和改进办法。
In recent years, due to clay solid brick autoclaved aerated concrete brick, small hollow concrete brick, ceramic hollow brick and other new small wall material replaced. However, in the practical application process, there are some engineering quality problems in the brick building, which also adversely affect the actual use and psychological impact of the users of the building, causing trouble and inconvenience to people’s production and living. The common quality problems of bricklaying buildings are summarized from two aspects of theory and concrete examples. The causes of the problems are analyzed, and the corresponding prevention measures and improvement measures are put forward.
