我科1986～1989年安装心脏起搏器22例,其中体外起搏16例,埋藏式永久起搏6例。男性17例,女性5例;年龄16～79岁,平均47岁。 22例患者在安装起搏器前均有头昏、乏力、气急、胸闷、晕厥、抽搐及阿斯综合征等临床症状。心电图表现:窦缓3例,慢快综合征8例,高度和完全性房室传导阻滞并发阿斯综合征11例。
Our department from 1986 to 1989 installed pacemaker in 22 cases, including 16 cases of pacing in vitro, buried permanent pacing in 6 cases. 17 males and 5 females; aged 16 to 79 years, mean 47 years old. Twenty-two patients had symptoms of dizziness, fatigue, shortness of breath, chest tightness, fainting, convulsions and Aspergillus syndrome before installing pacemaker. Electrocardiogram: sinus slow in 3 cases, slow syndrome in 8 cases, high and complete atrioventricular block complicated by Asperger’s syndrome in 11 cases.
