采用高速逆流色谱与大孔吸附树脂柱色谱结合的方法,从生姜中分离制备了高纯度的6-姜酚(纯度为98.4%)单体,并采用电喷雾质谱(ESI-MS)及核磁共振氢谱(1HNMR)、碳谱(13CNMR)对得到的化合物鉴定结构。研究结果表明该方法制备量大、分离效率高。
High-performance countercurrent chromatography and macroporous resin column chromatography were used to separate and prepare 6-gingerol (98.4% purity) monomer from ginger. Electrospray ionization mass spectrometry (ESI-MS) and nuclear magnetic resonance The structure of the obtained compound was confirmed by a hydrogen spectrum (1HNMR) and a carbon spectrum (13C NMR). The results show that the method is of high preparation yield and high separation efficiency.
