本实验用双极电极刺激下丘脑腹内侧核(VMH),以杏仁皮质内侧核(ACo)诱发反应为指标,观察不同年龄大鼠VMN与ACo之间联系的变化。结果发现,诱发反应的潜伏期与年龄的关系不大;用逆行性诱发反应占总反应的白分数作为指标,中老年组均较青年组明显减少(P<0.01):刺激VMH,在ACo引出诱发反应的坐标深度分布有年龄依赖性改变。表明VMH与ACo之间投射纤维的传导速度受年龄的影响不大;但随着年龄的增加,ACo投射到VMH的纤维减少;而且随着年龄的增加,ACo与VMH之间有投射关系的神经元的位置分布可能发生了改变。
In this experiment, the hypothalamic ventromedial nucleus (VMH) was stimulated by bipolar electrodes. The changes of VMo and ACo in different age groups were observed by the induction of ACo in the amygdala. The results showed that the latency of induced reaction was not related to age. Using the white fraction of retrograde induced reaction as the indicator, middle-aged and elderly patients were significantly lower than those of young patients (P <0.01) There is age-dependent change in the distribution of the coordinates of the elicited response. Indicating that the transmission velocity between the VMH and ACo is not affected by the age of the fiber. However, with the increase of age, the fiber that ACo projects to the VMH is decreased. And as the age increases, there is a projected relationship between ACo and VMH Meta-location distribution may have changed.
