因心肌细胞膜上的Na~+通道数量多,且心肌细胞膜外与膜内Na~+的浓度差大,因此Na~+通道一旦开放潮水般的Na~+瞬间快速流入细胞内,使细胞内电压快速上升,形成0相电位的超射,该过程在1~2ms内迅速完成。随之,Na~+通道进入失活过程,并呈失活关闭状态,Na~+通道处于失活关闭状态时,心肌组织则处于有效不应期,暂时失去兴奋性。失活关闭状态的Na~+通道不能直接变为开放状态,必须通过复活过程,即经过一个额外刺激使Na~+通道从失活关
