观察2015年12月~2016年6月我院内分泌病房收治的401例糖尿病患者,检查其游离血红蛋白、结合珠蛋白、网织红细胞、G6PD、尿含铁血黄素实验等。结果 23例患者溶血指标阳性,溶血发生率5.5%。结论糖尿病患者需防止溶血的发生。
Observe from December 2015 to June 2016 in our hospital endocrine ward admitted 401 cases of diabetic patients, check its free hemoglobin, haptoglobin, reticulocyte, G6PD, urinary hemosiderin experiments. Results The hemolysis index was positive in 23 patients and the incidence of hemolysis was 5.5%. Conclusion Diabetes patients need to prevent the occurrence of hemolysis.
