我国自人民政权建立之后,一向就十分重视使用少数民族的语言文字,发展少数民族的出版事业。1950年9月25日第一届全国出版会议《关于改进和发展出版工作的决议》中,即明确指出:“注意出版各民族语文的书刊,在条件许可时,并应成立各民族语文的出版机构”。70年代,新疆自治区党委明确提出新疆的出版工作要以少数民族文字为主。1974年,国务院出版口曾专门召开会议,强调进一步加强少数民族出版工作的领导。
Since the establishment of people’s power, my country has always attached great importance to the use of minority languages and developed the publishing industry of ethnic minorities. In the first national conference on September 25, 1950, “Resolution on Improving and Developing Publishing Work”, it clearly states: “Attention should be paid to the publication of books and periodicals of various ethnic languages, and the publication of all nationalities’ languages when conditions permit mechanism”. In the 1970s, the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region Party Committee made it clear that the publishing work in Xinjiang should mainly focus on minority languages. In 1974, the State Council Publishing House held a special meeting, emphasizing the further strengthening of the leadership of minority publications.
