江泽民同志在党的十五大报告中明确指出:“在改革开放和发展社会主义市场经济的条件下,民主集中制不仅不能削弱,而且必须完善和发展.”在新的历史时期,正确运用邓小平理论指导党委贯彻民主集中制,对于充分发挥党委核心领导作用,不断提高党委领导水平,有着极其重要的现实意义.结合实际,笔者就新形势下运用邓小平理论指导党委贯彻民主集中制的问题谈点粗浅的认识.
