2013年是水泥行业形势较为严峻的一年,正确把握形势和统一认识是水泥行业提高经济效益的前提。前不久,中央对上半年国民经济指标及经济运行情况予以公布,并明确了下半年经济工作的方针。水泥行业对自身的发展、经济运行以及下半年工作重点等问题,也应及时总结与部署,以便统一认识,明确当前的主要任务,使今年的经济指标和各项重点工作完成得更好。
2013 is a grim year for the cement industry. A correct understanding of the situation and a unified understanding are the prerequisites for improving the economic efficiency of the cement industry. Not long ago, the Central Government announced the national economic indicators and the economic operation in the first half of the year and clarified the principle of economic work in the second half of the year. The cement industry should also summarize and deploy issues such as its own development, economic operation and focus of work in the second half of the year in order to unify its understanding and clarify its current major tasks so that this year’s economic indicators and various key tasks will be better accomplished.
