我自1987年初～1996底治疗10例新生儿及婴幼儿肩关节脱位，复位后用袜套和毛巾做外固定材料，取材容易，方法简单，松软舒适，固定牢靠，疗效满意，介绍如下。临床资料10例中男6例，女4例；年龄1天～3岁；左侧3例，右侧7例；伤后就诊时间2小时～5天；单纯性脱位8例，合并臂丛神
I treated 10 newborns and infants with shoulder dislocations from the beginning of 1987 to the end of 1996. After resetting, I made external fixation materials with socks and towel. The material is easy to draw, the method is simple, soft and comfortable, the fixation is firm, and the curative effect is satisfactory.
