石油七厂运输部門职工热烈响应了大连市委发出的“大搞技术改造,攻破劳动力关,使老厂返老还童,实现增产不增人”的号召,在今年三个月的时间内就实現了38項技术改造項目和四条联动线,使全厂运輸方面机械化、半机械化程度由52.5%提高到84%,大大提高了装卸效率。其中装卸車方面,卸每排原油车的时間由原8小时縮短为1小时40分,班装槽車由过去的10輛提高为25輛。装焦炭由过去20个人二小时装一車,減为一个人操縱开关10分鐘装一车。装船方面,由于实現了多罐多管线装油法,装一船润滑油由30小时縮短到11小时;装一船輕質油由21小时縮短到7.5小时。其他如包装产品等方面的效率也有了很大提高。由于机械
