急性感染性多发性神经炎,常见的首发症状以四肢对称性的驰缓性的瘫痪为常见,但以特殊类型发病的少见,现将我科收治的几种特殊型急性感染性多发性神经炎报告如下。 1 颅神经型 患者,男,38岁,患病于1983年10月21日,构音不清,双跟睑闭合不全,全面部不能活动,流涎,进食时双颊残留食物,3天后,舌根发硬,咽下困难,饮水呛,手脚麻木,门诊以急性脑干炎收入我科住院,检查:体温36.7℃,血压17/11KPa,脉搏86次/分,神志清晰,构音不清略带鼻音,
