《中财法律评论》是由中央财经大学法学院主办、学生自主组织和编辑的连续法学学术刊物。在用稿上,学生组成的编委会自行遴选新编辑和推选执行主编,由教师担任的主编仅负责规则制订、财务管理、学术规范与伦理等宏观架构指导与监督,不参与稿件的具体编辑;在内容上,本刊注重法律制度之合理构建与实务运作,亦欢迎法哲学层面的思考;关心私权之保护,亦不偏废公权之规范。希望法学理论界与实务界同仁积极参与,将本刊构建为一个自
The “Zhongcai Law Review” is a series of academic journals published by the School of Law of the Central University of Finance and Economics, which are organized and edited independently by the students. On the draft, the editorial board composed of students chooses the new editors and the chief editors of their own choice. The editors who serve as the chief editors are only responsible for guiding and supervising the macro frameworks such as rule making, financial management, academic standards and ethics, and not participating in the editing of manuscripts ; In content, this issue pays attention to the reasonable construction and operation of the legal system. It also welcomes the reflection of jurisprudence; and cares about the protection of private rights and does not neglect the norms of public rights. I hope my colleagues in law and theory circles and practice circles will actively participate in this journal and build it into a self
