查阅近期关于森林影响降水的资料发现,无论是持肯定观点的,还是持否定观点的,大都认为:风使降水以一定的角度下降,风愈大,雨量计的截获量越少,观测值愈偏低,雨量差d=R(1-sinα)(R为降水量,α为雨滴与水平面夹角);森林降低了风速,减小了角值o,使雨量计的观测值变大,从而产生了林内外的观测误差。本文结合近地面层风(以下简称风)的影响,就此提一点不同的看法与同行商榷。
