近日,淮安市政协召开七届十四次常委会议,围绕“加强行政审批中介服务管理”进行专题协商议政。会前,市政协专题调研组深入一线,通过座谈走访,广泛听取21个行业主管部门的情况介绍,并赴部分县区进行实地调研,形成了《关于全市行政审批中介服务管理的调研报告》。委员们在调研中发现,由于市场化竞争不够充分、法规制度建设相对滞后等原因,淮安行政审批中介存在改制脱钩不够彻底、监督管理有所缺失、收费标准不一致等问题,影响
Recently, Huai’an CPPCC National Committee held its fourteenth session of the Standing Committee, focusing on “strengthening the administrative examination and approval intermediary services ” special consultation and discussion. Before the meeting, the CPPCC special subject research group went deep into the front line. Through the interviews and visits, they extensively listened to the briefings of 21 industry authorities and went to some counties and districts to conduct field research. The report formed a research report on the city’s administrative examination and approval agency service management.
