在供热节能技术方面,世界上一些工业发达的先进国家,已将供热系统的热损失降低到25%以下。与这些国家相比,我国的能源利用率很低,据统计,平均约在28%左右。就当前许多工厂企业的蒸汽供热系统而论,普遍而又严重的问题之一就是凝结水和二次蒸汽的大量损失。据有关资料介绍,一般工厂企业的凝结水回收率只有20~40%,这项损失占供热量的10~20%,其中二次蒸汽未予利用所造成的损失高达5%以上,疏水器的漏汽率竟有15%
