《史记》一百三十篇,是研究秦汉史至关重要的史料,尤其在秦代历史的研究中,因为相关文献史料极度缺乏,《史记》更是占据了绝对主导的地位。然而,由于汉朝政府刻意限制《史记》的流传[1],再加上当时文字传播困难,故而该书的脱漏窜乱是比较严重的,东汉班固《汉书·司马迁传》即已谓“十篇缺”[2]。关于《史记》所缺十篇为何,自三国张晏始,即聚讼不休,至今尚无确凿之定论[3]。事实上,所谓“十篇缺”只是指的完全遗失的部分,后人增补以及传抄错误的篇章绝不止此十篇而已。由于当时书籍流传全凭手抄,增补删改极易,因而相关的讹误、
