我们在使用培福新过程中,出现一例速发性局部过敏反应,现报告如下:患者,女性,56岁,因左肾移行细胞癌术后合并肺部感染,需进行抗感染治疗.遵医嘱予以5%葡萄糖液250ml加培福新400mg,静滴每日2次.静滴约10s,患者即感左眼部轻度痒痛,至静滴约50ml,左眼球结膜显著充血水肿,并迅速蔓延,致左下眼睑及左侧面部肿胀,不能睁眼,痛痒明显.同时感到左肩部皮肤瘙痒,经观察其局部皮肤无改变.无意识障碍,无心慌、气短及呼吸困难.查体:呼吸18次/min,血压18/9Kp_a.立即停用培福新,换予等渗盐水100ml,并以5%葡萄糖液250ml加地塞米松10mg.约20min后,患者左眼痛痒感减轻,但充血水肿仍明显.请眼科急会诊,意见为培福引起的速发性局部过敏反应.给予色甘酸钠滴眼液滴左

Physical examination: breathing 18 times /min, blood pressure 18/9Kp_a. Immediately stopped Peifoxin, exchanged for isotonic saline 100ml, and 5% glucose solution plus dexamethasone 10mg. After about 20min, the patient’s left eye, itching sensation reduced, but the congestion and edema is still obvious . Please consult with the eye doctor for advice on the rapid allergic reactions caused by Peifu. Give cromolyn sodium eye drops left
