对于现浇钢筋混凝土结构,采用电渣压力焊进行竖向钢筋连接的作法甚为普遍。这种连接法,操作简便、节约钢材、质量好,而且所用设备简单,只需电焊机、钢夹具、焊剂盒等。一、焊接原理将竖向钢筋被焊部位埋置于焊剂中,然后通电加热,再经顶压使接头形成焊包。二、焊接过程1.采用直接引弧法,也就是把上钢筋向上提升2~4mm,使上、下钢筋端面引燃电弧,电弧周围的焊剂熔化形成空穴,如图1。
