分别以聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVP K30)、聚乙二醇(PEG 6000)和泊洛沙姆188为载体,采用喷雾干燥法制备了阿魏酸(FA)的固体分散体(SDs),并比较研究了三者对提高FA相对溶解度和溶出速率、保证FA体外抗氧化能力及提高其体内抗血小板作用的影响。分别制备了含药10%和20%的上述3种载体溶液,进行喷雾干燥得到SDs后再用扫描电镜(SEM)、粉末X-射线衍射(XRPD)、傅里叶变换红外光谱(FT-IR)和热重分析(TGA)进
The solid dispersions (FAs) of ferulic acid (FA) were prepared by spray drying using polyvinylpyrrolidone (PVP K30), polyethylene glycol (PEG 6000) and poloxamer 188 as carriers respectively.
