随着社会经济的快速发展,无论是工业生产还是日常生活都对电力资源的需求越来越大,电力企业在得到巨大经济利益的同时,其安全事故的频繁发生也得到了人们越来越多的关注。如何做好企业的安全管理工作,成为社会各界广泛讨论的话题之一。本文首先介绍了“以人为本”的管理思想,探讨了当前我国电力企业的管理现状,并对其中原因进行了分析,提出了在企业安全管理工作中落实“以人为本”思想的具体措施。
With the rapid social and economic development, both the industrial production and the daily life demand for power resources are getting larger and larger. As power companies gain huge economic benefits, the frequent occurrence of their safety accidents has also gotten more and more people s concern. How to do a good job of enterprise safety management has become one of the topics widely discussed by all walks of life. This paper first introduces the management idea of “people oriented”, discusses the current management status of power enterprises in our country, analyzes the reasons and puts forward concrete measures to implement “people oriented” thought in enterprise safety management.
