人力资源是一个行业赖以生存并发展壮大的基础条件。人力资源管理就是将人视为生产经营的一种特殊的、宝贵的资源,从有效开发人力资源的角度进行企业的人事管理工作。但目前公路行业人力资源管理工作还比较薄弱,基本沿袭传统的人事管理模式,与现代公路事业改革发展的要求相比,还有较大差距。公路行业必须转变观念,坚持创新,大力加强和改进人力资源管理工作,使单位人力资源发挥最大效益,才能为公路事业科学发展源源不断注入活力。本文将从公路行业目前人力资源管理面临的困境、加强人力资源管理的现实条件和途径等方面进行探析。一、公路行业当前人力资源管理面临的主要困境
Human resources are the basic conditions for an industry to survive and grow. Human resource management refers to regard people as a special and valuable resource in production and management, and carry out personnel management in enterprises from the perspective of effectively developing human resources.
