党中央国务院做出深化教育改革和促进素质教育的决定,反映了我国在新时期培养新型创新人才培养模式的要求。高中课程改革也反映了我国在今后几年发展的需要。因此,高考应当与教学改革和国家发展的要求和需要相一致,并应当在我国培养创新人才的过程中发挥倡导和积极的作用。本文指出,高考改革在本质上主要是高考内容的改革,基本上关注人的能力培养和表现。所以,考查的重点应该关注的考查考生的能力和人格品质、分析能力和解决问题的能力。新高考的能力立意应当在纸笔考试得以充分体现。
The decision made by the party Central Committee and the State Council to deepen education reform and promote quality education reflects the requirements of our country’s training of a new type of innovative personnel in the new period. The high school curriculum reform also reflects the need of our country’s development in the coming years. Therefore, the college entrance examination should be consistent with the requirements and needs of teaching reform and national development, and should play an advocacy and positive role in the process of training creative talents in our country. This paper points out that the college entrance examination reform is essentially the reform of college entrance examination content, basically focusing on human capacity-building and performance. Therefore, the focus of examination should focus on examining candidates’ ability and personality, ability to analyze and solve problems. The ability of the new college entrance examination should be fully reflected in the paper pen test.
