哥伦比亚号航天飞机的失事并没有影响各国的航天发展计划,其原因在于,载人航天是航天技术的集大成者,它对世界格局和国家的国际地位有着极其重要的政治影响。在现在和未来的国家安全战略中,要想不受制于人,就必须有相当的空间科技实力,否则就会被人欺负。载人航天正是空间实力的一个标尺,具有关乎国计民生和国家发展的重大意义。因此,中国集中了大量的人力、财力,加速载人航天事业的发展。
The crash of the space shuttle Columbia did not affect the space development plans of all countries because the manned space flight was a master of aerospace technology and had an extremely significant political impact on the world pattern and the international status of the country. In our national security strategy now and in the future, if we want to get out of control, we must have considerable space science and technology strength or we will be bullied. Manned space flight is just a yardstick of space strength, which is of great significance to national economy and the people’s livelihood and national development. Therefore, China has concentrated a large amount of manpower and financial resources to speed up the development of manned space undertakings.
