目的分析苯乙醛酸(PGA)的检测情况,明确江苏省不同地区健康人群PGA的参考值范围。方法应用超高效液相色谱-质谱/质谱联用仪(UPLC-MS/MS)对健康人群尿中的PGA进行检测,按不同地区、不同年龄段和性别进行统计学分析。结果 PGA在地区比较中差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),在性别和年龄上差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。以X95%表示正常参考值上限,研究健康人群尿中PGA含量参考值为:6~12岁男性(0.04~0.20)mg/L、6~12岁女性(0.04~0.19)mg/L;12~16岁男性(0.04~0.11)mg/L、12~16岁女性(0.04~0.10)mg/L;16~20岁男性(0.04~0.13)mg/L、16~20岁女性(0.04~0.07)mg/L;20~30岁男性(0.04~0.13)mg/L、20~30岁女性(0.04~0.20)mg/L;30~45岁男性(0.04~0.10)mg/L、30~45岁女性(0.04~0.10)mg/L;45岁以上男性(0.04~0.15)mg/L、45岁以上女性(0.04~0.10)mg/L。结论首次明确了江苏省不同地区健康人群PGA参考值范围,为评估健康人群空气中苯乙烯的暴露水平及处置职业接触者中毒事件提供参考。
Objective To analyze the detection of phenylglyoxylic acid (PGA) and determine the reference range of PGA in healthy population in different areas of Jiangsu Province. Methods The urinary PGA in healthy people was detected by UPLC-MS / MS, and statistical analysis was made according to different regions, different age groups and gender. Results There was no significant difference in PGA between regions (P> 0.05), but there was significant difference in gender and age (P <0.05). The upper limit of normal reference value is X95%. The reference value of urinary PGA in healthy people is as follows: male (0.04-0.20) mg / L for 6-12 years old, female (0.04-0.19) mg / (0.04-0.10) mg / L for females aged 16-16 years and 0.04-0.10 mg / L for females aged 12-16 years (0.04-0.10) mg / L for males and females aged 16-20 years (0.04-0.07) for females aged 16-20 years mg / L for men aged 20-30 years (0.04-0.10) mg / L for men aged 20-30 years and 0.04-0.20 mg / L for men aged 30-45 years (30-45 years) Female (0.04-0.10) mg / L; men over the age of 45 (0.04-0.15) mg / L, women over the age of 45 (0.04-0.10) mg / L. Conclusions The PGA reference value of healthy population in different areas of Jiangsu Province was first identified, which provided a reference for assessing the exposure level of styrene in the air of healthy population and disposing of poisoning of occupational contacts.
