我厂是50年代建设起来的化工企业,现有设备大多陈旧落后,长期存在着能源消耗大、劳动强度大、生产效率低、环境污染严重等问题。作为一个老企业,如何在限定的条件下,有计划有步骤地对一些落后的生产设备进行技术改造,成为十分重要的问题。
Our factory is a chemical company built in the 1950s. Most of the existing facilities are backward and outdated. There are long-term problems such as high energy consumption, labor intensity, low production efficiency, and serious environmental pollution. As an old company, how to carry out technological transformation of some backward production equipment in a planned and step-by-step manner becomes a very important issue.
