从末梢血管直接检测到有关血管伸展性、弹性的资料,对了解有动脉硬化的各种循环系统疾病的病态,是很有用的。我们试制了末梢血管弹性的光电检测装置,把这种检测法应用于健康人和冠状动脉疾病患者,研究了末梢血管弹性的指标及其临床意义。对象与方法对象:健康者70例(男性,平均年龄45±20岁)和临床上怀疑有心绞痛而进行冠状动脉造影检查的82例(男性,平均年龄56±7岁)。冠状动脉造影采用Amplatz 导管,利用电影胶片法从多方位摄影。
Information on vascular extensibility and elasticity is directly detected from peripheral blood vessels and is useful for understanding the pathologies of various circulatory diseases with arteriosclerosis. We made a trial of peripheral vascular elasticity of the photoelectric detection device, the detection method is applied to healthy people and patients with coronary artery disease, the study of peripheral vascular elasticity and its clinical significance. Subjects and Methods Subjects: 82 healthy subjects (male, mean age 45 ± 20 years) and 82 coronary angiography clinically suspected angina (mean age 56 ± 7 years).
