目的 :为研究共同性外斜视眼肌的超微病理结构。方法 :应用Hu 1 2A电子显微镜对 6例共同性外斜视的眼肌进行观察。结果 :内直肌肌纤维普遍细小 ,肌原纤维密集 ,Z带不清 ,肌原纤维排列方向错乱 ,线粒体多 ,嵴密 ,肌质网扩张 ,个别肌纤维质膜破损 ,有的有髓神经髓鞘层次不清 ,轴突旁水肿 ,外直肌部分纤维化。结论 :内直肌在超微结构上不同程度的退化变性及部分外直肌的纤维化的病理改变是产生共同性外斜视的主要原因
OBJECTIVE: To study the ultrastructural pathology of common exotropia. Methods: Six cases of common exotropia were observed with Hu 1 2A electron microscope. Results: The medial rectus muscle fibers were generally fine, the myofibrils were dense, the Z band was unclear, the order of the myofibrils was disordered, the mitochondria were more, the crest was dense, the sarcoplasmic reticulum was dilated, the myofibrillar membranes were damaged, Unclear level, paraaxial edema, external rectus fibrosis. Conclusion: The degenerative degeneration of the rectus muscle in the ultrastructure and the pathological changes of the fibrosis of the part of the rectus abdominis are the main causes of the common exotropia
