“中国人本——纪实在当代”是迄今为止中国最大型的纪实摄影展览。这一展览策划筹备了一年多时间,几位策展人和组织者四处出击,看片选片调片,从一千多位摄影家十万多张照片中精选了600余件作品入选本次展览,摄影家共有250位,作品的时间跨度从1949年至2003年达半个多世纪,较多作品集中在1978年改革开放以后。作品从不同视角记录了中国从社会政治化走向社会民主化过程中民众的生存状态、生存方式和生存态度,是人文情怀的真切披露、纪实摄影的经典集群,堪称中国老百姓的图像生活史和心灵史,再现了中国社会生活朝向人性化与个性化嬗变的曲折进程。该展由广东美术馆首展,紧接着在上海美术馆、中国美术馆等地巡展,目前正在德国进行为期3年的展出。这次展览从参展摄影家和作品的数量及范围、参展作品的时间跨度以及作品的入选原则和策展理念等,都堪称是一项巨大的富于挑战性的文化工程。本期“专题摄影”精选了展览的部分图片,并将胡武功、鲍昆、颜文斗等知名人士围绕展览所展开的精彩论述摘编于此,以飨读者。
“Chinese people - Documentary in the contemporary” is by far the largest documentary photography exhibition in China.
