“担当”在《现代汉语词典》的注解里就是“接受并负起责任”。它与责任、良心、价值、奉献、牺牲、勇气和才干等方面的思考紧密相连,有着丰富的内涵和时代意义。从工作角度讲它体现的是“在其位、谋其政”的工作态度,从思想角度而言它体现的是“先天下之忧而忧,后天下之乐而乐”的思想境界;它既代表着“知其难为而为之”的执着理想,也体现着“明知山有虎,偏向虎山行”的无畏勇气。担当在不同层次、不同领域、不同角度有着不同的诠释。用普通老百姓的话说“担当”就是“一人做事一人当”;用仁人志士的话说“担当”就是“天下兴亡,匹夫有责”。人生需要担当,有担当的人生才能尽显大气与豪迈;家庭需要担当,有担当的家庭才能拥有和谐与融洽;一个单位需要有担当的成员,有担当方能成就“经世之事业”;一个社会需要有担当的脊梁,有担当方能谋取天下的福祉。作为青岛市黄岛区北庄小学的校长,今天笔者将从以下几个方面浅议“担当”。

With ordinary people’s words “play ” is “one person to do one person when ”; in the words of benevolent people “play ” is “rise and fall of the world, every man has the responsibility.” Life needs to be borne, a responsible life can show the atmosphere and heroic; family needs to play, there is responsibility for the family to have harmony and harmony; a unit needs to have a member, can bear the responsibility to accomplish “business” ; A society needs to have a backbone to play and to be responsible for the good of the world.
