学校的工作纷繁复杂,千头万绪,且不说那些上规模的学校,即便是普通的村小,校长也是相当苦、相当累的,因为他们绝大多数都要与普通教师一样承担教学任务。那么,怎样才能最大限度地调动教职员工的积极性呢?笔者以为以下几点做法是行之有效的:第一是订立制度,用制度管人,要努力让人产生敬畏之心。俗话说人管人累死人。制度管人,一管就成。又有俗话说人与人相处,要先小人,后君子。制定制度,就像是把丑话说在前面,免得出了问题难说。所以作为校长在每一学期初,都要从本校实际情况出发,发动班子成员、教职工代表,甚至全体教师,制定出一整套的学校管理制度,并认真贯彻
