最近,安徽省宿州市中级人民法院对宿州市委组织部原副部长杨哲信腐败案做出一审判决。相对于动辄受贿几百万、上千万的腐败大鳄来说,涉嫌受贿98．4万元的杨哲信只能算是一只“小虾”。而且,他收受红包也还属于受贿的“初级阶段”。此案的最大“看点”,不仅在于他卖出的官帽多,而且身为组织部副部长的他竟然还从事伪造国家机关印章、公文的低级犯罪,更有他在法庭辩解中发表的那些腐败有理的谬论:过节收钱很正常、是惯例;非正常礼金;不能把关系搞得太僵;不收不行;不知道这样是违法等。
