【人物档案】秦宪安,总装备部政治部宣传部高级记者,1954年出生,1974年入伍,1982年开始学习摄影,1987年毕业于鲁迅美术学院摄影系。中国摄影家协会会员,中国人像摄影学会会员,中国新闻摄影学会会员。长期从事国防科研及人文题材摄影创作,发表摄影作品4000余幅,在国际国内摄影大赛中获奖140余次,40余幅作品在美国、俄罗斯、法国、荷兰等80多国展出或发表,编辑出版《生命》《漫步太空》《铸剑》等多部画册,两次举办个人摄影艺术作品展,中央电视台曾播出介绍其摄影创作的专题片《永不倦怠的猎手》和《光与影的和谐》。
[Profile] Qin Xian, General Armament Department Political Department Propaganda Department senior reporter, born in 1954, joined the army in 1974, began studying photography in 1982, graduated in 1987 from the Department of Photography, Luxun Academy of Fine Arts. A member of China Photographers Association, a member of China Portrait Photography Society and a member of China Journalism Photography Association. He has long been engaged in the research of national defense science and humanities, published more than 4000 photographic works, won more than 140 photographic works in international and domestic photography contests, and has exhibited or published in more than 80 countries in the United States, Russia, France and the Netherlands, and edited and published “Life”, “Spacewalk”, “Casting Sword” and many other albums. Two solo exhibitions of art photography were held. CCTV once broadcast a feature film “Never Hunger Hunter” and “Light and Shadow Harmony” .
