At present, the medical profession has recognized that fiberoptic bronchoscopy (referred to as bronchoscopy) is one of the important methods for clinical diagnosis and treatment. Due to a decrease in partial pressure of oxygen in the bronchoscopy and careless preoperative medication, serious complications can result. For example, Suratt reported 48,000 examinations by 323 experts and 6300 biopsies, of which 10 were fatal. Now there is still a death report in the literature, according to domestic and foreign data, the complication was 0.08 ~ 0.3%, the mortality rate was 0.01 ~ 0.08%.
