目的探讨社区糖尿病知识培训对2型糖尿病患者自我管理能力及防治知识的影响。方法抽取3个社区内2型糖尿病患者150例为研究对象,以随机数字表法分组,观察组75例。对照组75例,对照组接受常规健康宣教,观察组进行社区糖尿病知识培训,对两组患者干预前后自我管理能力及防治知识水平进行观察。结果干预前两组患者对疾病引发因素、疾病危害及预防方法等防治知识水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,观察组疾病防治知识水平明显较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预前两组患者自我管理能力水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后各项指标水平明显较干预前高,且观察组明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 2型糖尿病患者通过社区糖尿病知识培训能有效改善其疾病防治知识认知,也能提高其自我管理能力,改善远期预后,值得临床推广。
Objective To investigate the effect of community diabetes knowledge training on self-management ability and prevention knowledge of type 2 diabetes patients. Methods 150 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus in 3 communities were selected as study subjects, divided by random number table and observed in 75 cases. Control group, 75 cases, the control group received routine health education, the observation group for community diabetes knowledge training, two groups of patients before and after intervention self-management ability and prevention knowledge level were observed. Results Before intervention, there was no significant difference in knowledge of disease prevention, disease and prevention among the two groups (P> 0.05). After intervention, the knowledge of prevention and treatment in observation group was significantly higher than that of control group (P <0.05). There was no significant difference in self-management ability between the two groups before intervention (P> 0.05). After intervention, the levels of each index were significantly higher than those before intervention, and the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group Statistical significance (P <0.05). Conclusions Type 2 diabetes patients can effectively improve their cognition of disease prevention and control through community diabetes knowledge training, improve self-management ability and improve long-term prognosis, worthy of clinical promotion.
