苏州物资集团公司的前身是苏州物资贸易中心,建立于1985年,旨在打破条块分割,改革物资流通体制,发展社会主义市场经济,组织起一个公开的、集中的、有形的生产资料市场。1990年2月,物资部、国家体改委、国务院发展研究中心联合发文,确定在苏州物贸中心的基础上组建综合商社式企业集团。经过两年多的拼搏、奋斗,苏州物资集团已基本形成综合商社式企业集团的雏型。 一是有一个多层次的组织结构。集团由四层次组成:第一层次核心层,即苏州物资集团公司,发挥投资中心、信息中心和调控中心的功能;第二层次紧密层,由17个全资
The predecessor of Suzhou Materials Group Corporation was the Suzhou Material Trading Center, established in 1985. It aims to break the fragmentation, reform the material circulation system, develop the socialist market economy, and organize an open, centralized, tangible market for production materials. In February 1990, the Department of Materials, the State Commission for Economic Restructuring, and the Development Research Center of the State Council jointly issued a document confirming the establishment of an integrated trading company-type enterprise group based on the Suzhou Trade and Industry Center. After more than two years of hard work and struggle, Suzhou Material Group has basically formed the prototype of an integrated trading company-type enterprise group. First, there is a multi-level organizational structure. The group consists of four levels: the first level, the core level, namely, Suzhou Materials Group Corporation, which functions as an investment center, information center, and control center; the second level is a close-level layer and consists of 17 wholly-owned companies.
