中央提出的改进工作作风、密切联系群众的八项规定,再次强调厉行勤俭节约,要求下基层调研轻车简从,不铺地毯、不安排迎送宴请等。令人不解的是,如此简单正常的工作要求,为何需要反复强调,得不到切实的落实?这恐怕还需要问问另外一个问题,基层为什么把“陪同”和“迎来送往”当成工作,甚至看得比工作还重要?有位基层单位负责人的话一针见血:不陪,一怕接待安排不周,领导失了面子、掉了架子,不高兴;二怕自身工作没做到位,心中底气不足,担心被上级领导看出问
