根据以“就业为导向,走产学研结合的发展道路”的思想,高职学生应注重技能培养。因此借鉴CBE模式,将之应用于文秘专业技能教学中。通过CBE教学模式与传统教学模式比较,结合秘书员等级考核国家标准,制作了初级秘书技能DACUM表,用于专业技能教学,同时开发与之配套的考核模式。在实际运用中,必须加强教师培训,以适应教学需要。
According to the idea of taking “employment-oriented and taking the path of development combining production, study and research”, vocational students should pay attention to skill training. Therefore draw lessons from CBE mode, apply it to the secretarial professional skill teaching. By comparing the CBE teaching mode with the traditional teaching mode and combining with the national standard of secretary level assessment, a DACUM table of primary secretarial skills was produced for the teaching of professional skills and at the same time, the assessment mode was developed. In practical application, teacher training must be strengthened to meet the teaching needs.
