为了解钢铁冶炼行业体力劳动强度分级情况,我们于1997年11月对本市某钢管公司直接还原铁厂的主要工种进行了体力劳动强度检测与分级调查。1 内容与方法1.1 了解工程项目概况 阅读该厂工程设计,了解生产工艺,考察全厂工业区,现场识别主要工种工人接触职业危害的一般情况。1.2 劳动时间率测试 对各工种(岗位)的主要工作人员跟班做工时测定,整个工作日从事各种劳动与休息的时间,最后根据记录归类整理,同类作业内容工时累计。
