成批的口服砷中毒临床上少见,作者经治32例急性三氧化二砷口服中毒患者,2个月后均痊愈,现报告如下.一、一般资料1977年3月9日某单位误将白信石当石膏配中药,结果造成32例中毒.其中年龄最小2岁,最大60岁.中毒者均服用含砷中药的水煎剂,按含量计算相当于服三氧化二砷为1.12～71.4mg.患者中毒后,出现恶心呕吐等胃肠道症状,且伴有头晕头痛.中毒14天之后,8例患者进行性肝肿大,其中7例伴有肝功能轻度异常.
