民营企业为促进国家经济发展做出了突出的贡献。现今民营企业也出现了许多问题,这些问题在很大程度上与思想政治工作有关。民营企业党群培训工作的质量决定企业发展方向以及企业的良好运行,因此,很有必要在了解我国民营企业思想政治工作现状的基础上,思考如何更好地开展民营企业的党群培训工作。本文主要就民营企业党群培训工作中的问题和相应的对策进行了探讨,希望可以为民营企业的发展提供一定的参考。
Private-owned enterprises made outstanding contributions to the promotion of national economic development. There are also many problems in private enterprises today, and these problems are largely related to ideological and political work. The quality of party training in private enterprises determines the development direction of enterprises and the good operation of enterprises. Therefore, on the basis of knowing the current situation of ideological and political work in private enterprises, it is necessary to consider how to better carry out the training of party work in private enterprises. This article mainly discusses the problems and corresponding countermeasures in the training of party-masses in private enterprises, and hopes to provide some reference for the development of private-owned enterprises.
