点焊过程中电极端部承受力与热的共同作用,容易引起镦粗变形。在点焊镀层钢板时在力和热的共同作用下,点焊电极与钢板涂层间的合金化反应导致其更早失效。为了解决上述问题,提高点焊电极使用寿命,本文重点讨论了现有点焊电极表面改性技术,主要介绍了电火花沉积、离子注入、渗钛化学热处理、电刷镀、物理气相沉积等五种表面处理技术,探讨了上述技术的原理和特点,并对点焊电极表面处理技术进行了展望。
In the spot welding process, the end of the electrode withstand the joint action of heat and heat, easily lead to upsetting deformation.
