在21具成人尸体标本中,解剖了腰交感神经节及其周边解剖结构,在腰2~3椎体范围内,应用“神经节记分”方法,测量了神经节大小、数量和分布情况.结果显示,双侧的第二腰交感节多在腰2椎体的下1/3跨过椎间盘至腰3椎体的上1/3.同时还测量了腰动脉与交感链的相交点,腰交感链与主动脉、下腔静脉的距离等.该组资料为施行化学性腰交感神经节切除的临床应用提供了解剖理论依据.
In 21 adult cadaver specimens, the lumbar sympathetic ganglia and its surrounding anatomical structures were dissected. In the range of 2 ~ 3 lumbar vertebra, “ganglion score” method was used to measure the size, number and distribution of ganglion. The results showed that both sides of the second lumbar sympathectomy in the lower lumbar 2 vertebrae 1/3 across the disc to lumbar 3 vertebral body 1 / At the same time also measured the intersection of lumbar artery and sympathetic chain, lumbar sympathetic chain and the aorta, inferior vena cava distance and so on. This group of data for the implementation of chemical lumbar sympathectomy clinical application provides an anatomic basis for the theory.
