迟发型维生素K缺乏所致颅内出血在临床上并不罕见,国内报道发生率为60%~80%〔1〕,但同时并发脑梗死的报道较少,且发病率也不高。它不仅起病急骤,病情凶险,而且颅内出血一旦并发大面积脑梗死后将导致病情严重恶化,致残率和病死率增加。所以早预防、早发现、早治疗,成为抢救患者生命的关键。我科最近收住2例典型病例,现结合文献报告如下。病例1:患儿男,28d。因“反复呕吐1d伴阵发性抽搐4h”于2014-05-14入院,患儿为足月儿,
