体育师资和社会体育指导员队伍的质量和数量问题,关系到普及九年制义务教育和全面贯彻落实《全民健身计划纲要》。随着改革开放的深入发展,我省体育师资和社会体育指导员等专门人才短缺的矛盾将日趋尖锐,培养大批体育专门人才是我省的当务之急,在现有的办学规模和经济条件之下,立即着手开考高等体育教育专业自学考试则是缓解这一矛盾的有效途径。
The quality and quantity of physical education teachers and social sports instructors are related to the popularization of nine-year compulsory education and the comprehensive implementation of the “National Fitness Program”. With the deepening of reform and opening up, the contradiction between the shortages of specialists such as sports teachers and social sports instructors in our province will become increasingly acute. It is imperative for our province to cultivate a large number of specialized sports talents.
