患者女,18岁。右侧腰部疼痛1周,无畏寒发热,无尿频、尿痛及血尿。血压115 mmHg/75mmHg。腹部触诊未及明显异常。实验室检查无异常。B超提示:右侧肾上腺区占位性病变。CT表现:平扫示右侧肾上腺区一巨大囊实性肿块,边缘光整,大小约13.6 cm×14.2 cm×16.3 cm,密度不均,内可见大片低密度囊变区、片絮状稍高密度成分及条索状实性成分,CT值分别为14 HU、60
Patient female, 18 years old. Right side of the waist pain for 1 week, no chills fever, no urinary frequency, dysuria and hematuria. Blood pressure 115 mmHg / 75mmHg. Abdominal palpation was not as obvious. No abnormal laboratory tests. B-Tip: right adrenal space-occupying lesions.
