患者,男,38岁,住院号83—3227。1983年4月初因畏冷、发烧、右胸痛3天到某卫生院住院,诊断为右侧结核性胸膜炎,行抗痨治疗,抽胸水8次,最后两次胸穿抽液后向胸腔内注入四环素,每次0.25g,注入四环素时病人感右胸剧痛。此后病人常感胸闷、气促,进行性加重,数天后胸痛稍减轻。10余天后,感面部发紧,颈部、右胸、右上肢肿胀,进行性加重,以至右上肢各关节不能屈曲。在当地住院2月余,治疗无
