对进出口超过国内生产总值40%的我国来说,近几年加入世界贸易组织的巨大努力,不仅通过大幅度降低进口关税直接促使我国物价水平下降,而且更重要的是,它还通过削弱国内传统垄断势力和推动人民币不断升值而对我国物价水平产生广泛而深远的影响,从而名副其实地成为近期我国物价水平不断走低的主要原因。如果我国仍旧执行稳健货币政策,那么因受入世的影响,我国未来三、四年内物价水平仍将可能继续走低。
For our country, which imports and exports more than 40% of its GDP, the tremendous effort to join the World Trade Organization in recent years has not only led to a direct drop in the price level in our country through the drastic reduction of import tariffs, but more importantly, it has also weakened The traditional domestic monopoly power and the promotion of the continuous appreciation of the renminbi have a profound and far-reaching impact on the price level in our country, and thus have become the main reason for the continuous declining price level in our country in the near future.
