目的探讨临床实习护生的心理健康及其与社会支持关系。方法采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)、社会支持评定量表对187名临床实习护生进行调查。结果在SCL-90各因子得分中,除躯体化、人际敏感因子值低于全国青年常模外(P<0.01),其它因子值与全国青年常模值相比较差异无统计学意义。SCL-90各因子得分在本、专科实习护生间以及城镇组与农村组实习护生间差异均无统计学意义。客观支持与SCL-90各因子得分均呈负相关(P<0.01);主观支持度与人际敏感、偏执得分呈负相关(P<0.05),与其它因子不相关;支持利用度与偏执、人际敏感、忧郁、焦虑、恐怖等因子得分呈负相关(P<0.05)。结论实习护生的心理健康水平与全国青年常模相当,社会支持,尤其是客观支持、支持利用度对护生心理健康有重要影响。
Objective To explore the mental health of clinical nursing students and their relationship with social support. Methods A total of 187 clinical intern nursing students were investigated by using self-rating symptom scale (SCL-90) and social support rating scale. Results In SCL-90 score, except for somatization, the value of interpersonal sensitivity factor was lower than that of norm of national youth (P <0.01). There was no significant difference between the other factors and the norm of national youth. Scores of SCL-90 scores in this, college internship nursing students and internship between urban and rural group nurses there was no significant difference. Objective support was negatively correlated with SCL-90 scores (P <0.01). Subjective support was negatively correlated with interpersonal sensitivity and paranoid scores (P <0.05), and was not correlated with other factors. Supportiveness and paranoia, interpersonal Sensitive, melancholy, anxiety, horror and other factors were negatively correlated (P <0.05). Conclusion The level of mental health of interns is similar to that of national youth. Social support, especially objective support, has an important impact on the mental health of nursing students.
