改革开放以来,我国的企业基本情况有所改变,中小企业如雨后春笋般出现并迅猛发展,在国民经济发展中的地位日益增加,起着不可替代的作用。相比于大企业,中小企业运转成本低,操作简单,受社会动荡影响小,新理念应用快,因此在改革中脱颖而出,为大型企业提供经验,也为拉动经济的增长做出来巨大贡献。但是在这个经济飞速发展的时代,越来越多的人投奔大型企业,打着“大型企业提供更多的机会”的条幅,这也使得中小企业有失信心,人才匮乏,内部分工不明确,管理系统不完善等诸多因素导致中小企业发展不起来,所以正值国家需要之际,中小企业应该振作起来,不断进行内外调整,重要的是缺乏管理,管理上去了,事情都是在管理掌握的方向中发展,不断创新,不断提出管理新思路,不断进步,不进步只能为社会所淘汰。
